Mr. Choe and his affiliates have been involved with over 30 years of industry experience and over 2 Million square feet of commercial construction products, ranging from $100,000 to $30 Million. He has been active in the real estate arena through his various investments and entities. Through his subsidiaries, Mr. Choe has been involved with site acquisition, entitlement, underwriting, financing, design, construction, and development projects throughout the Metroplex.
He and his wife, Michelle, along with their daughter, Emery, reside in Frisco, TX, and are actively involved at Chase Oaks Church (Plano Legacy Campus). He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), The Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce (“GDAACC”).
For over two decades, Mr. Qasim directed large-scale technology transformations, infrastructure, development, and customer-centric program delivery from Capital One, as well as his institutional pedigree as Global Director for Digital Strategy at CBRE. Mr. Qasim incorporates his experience with government relations, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, M&A, and technology investments with Madewell Companies and its affiliates.
He and his wife, Ayesha, along with two daughters, Aima & Nisa, reside in Plano, Texas. He is a member of the Collin County Business Alliance (“CCBA”). Mr. Qasim holds an Executive MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”) and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University (“GMU”).
